Exchange Policy

We understand that customer satisfaction is important.

• Exchanges are allowed only if the wig does not meet satisfactory standards within reason.

• Requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• The wig must be:

• Unworn

• Unused

• In its original packaging

• In its original condition (no cutting, styling, washing, or alteration)

Once the wig has been inspected and approved, an exchange will be processed for the same product or another product of equal value (subject to availability).

⚠️ Exchanges will not be accepted if the wig shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
